The global situation has become so absurd, particularly in the West, but also – albeit to a far lesser extent – in the non-Western world; and as I am under no obligation to produce publications, I am taking time to reflect, with no plans as to when I will resume publishing.

The global state of the human race is one of ruin; this state of ruin is infinitely more advanced in the West, but also affects the non-Western world.

The reason for the West’s advancement into this state of ruin is the apogee of the domination over the West by the sect of the pus volcano, whose excrement has now covered the entire surface of the Western world and suffocated life there, and, paradoxically, have thus enabled the success of the non-Western world in the deadly war between the West and the non-Western world, and consequently, the definitive elimination of this sect from human history following the collapse of the West.

I foresee that this will not happen without difficulty and that vast areas of habitation will be destroyed by atomic weapons.

The destruction of vast areas of life and the collapse of the West: this will be the price the human race must pay to free itself from this sect, and to have a chance of finding the path to true existence.

Existence has lost all meaning, all significance, to the point where I even wonder whether it is worth continuing to write about this state of affairs, and I also wonder how it is possible that more people with an interest in current affairs might not be thinking the same thing.

The questioning is so profound regarding a state that words and ideas struggle to describe, understand and express, that I cannot say whether I could even begin to write again.

The problem also arises, with equal urgency, of knowing for whom to write, with whom to communicate and why; is it still useful, is it still the way forward?

This statement could be entitled ‘Farewell to Nothingness’.

For the moment, I watch the collapse unfold, at an accelerated pace in the West, but the non-West is following suit, having flocked to adopt the Western way of life under the mental sway of the sect.

Once the West has collapsed and the sect of the pus-filled volcano has been wiped from history, the spirit of that sect will continue to live on, but in the non-Western world where that spirit has already spread, and the phenomenon of collapse will repeat itself.

We are a species that does not know how to exist.

Our true task is to learn how to exist.

Not even this simple realisation exists among all those who work on general affairs.

Absurdity and a lack of common sense have become second nature to them.

They have lost all real contact with life; for them, nonsense is the natural order, nonsense being the absence of meaning, that is, a life founded on absence—not even emptiness, for emptiness has meaning—absence being, in essence, impossible to define, elusive.

All other forms of life, which we humans regard as inferior, are infinitely superior to us, even the simplest, most primitive ones.

All other forms of life, except for humans, know how to simply be, and exist in the world.

I, for my part, will try to learn how to simply be, and if I succeed, I will return to bear witness to what it means to simply be.

This is a favourable time for continuing the inner journey.

There was a similar period 2,500 years ago in China, when Taoism was formulated.

There is nothing else left to do.
